Services All Seasons Eviction provides physical evictions and bulk trash removal services for your property with a trained staff on-site to complete the eviction. We also handle lock changes and boarding up of the property.

Cancellation Policy
Notify "All Seasons Eviction" of any cancellations 4 business hours before scheduled eviction. If we are performing multiple evictions on any one day and upon arrival some are cancelled you only need to pay for the evictions performed. However, if all evictions are cancel led and we are notified less than 4 business hours before the scheduled eviction, the lesser of the two will apply:
A. Multiple Units
a. A payment of $100.00 per apartment
b. A flat fee of $450.00 is expected
B. Individual Units
a. All single units evictions will be charged as if the evictions were performed when canceling less than 4 business hours.
Note: Eviction Service Agreement must be COMPLETED before booking. If the agreement has not been received before scheduled eviction, your eviction will be CANCELLED.
Rates may vary by county and state due to regulations set forth, please call for rates for your specific area. Materials for boarding will be provided.
